R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Course

The R.A.D. course is a hands-on self‑defense program that teaches practical techniques and situational awareness to help individuals reduce the risk of personal assault. The course emphasizes confidence, prevention strategies, and physical defense skills in a safe, supportive learning environment.

Class Locations:

                                      April 30th at EPD

                                     May 7th at Memorial Hall

                                     May 14th at Memorial Hall

                                     May 21st at Memorial Hall

                                     May 28th at Summit School

Ages 16+ 
Thursdays, 4/30- 5/28  |   6:00-8:00 pm
$15/person, pre-registration required
