Review Process
Land use permits under Act 250 (Vermont’s Development Control Law) are reviewed by the State of Vermont Natural Resources Board and might have a public hearing. Parties who can participate (other than the municipality and other state agencies) are property abutters and other persons if they have expressed interest specific to Act 250 Criterion 10.
