On October 3 the second of several public meetings will be held for the Upper Main Street Planning Project. At this meeting, the consultant team will introduce master plan concepts for feedback. This will include information gathered from the first public meeting and the follow up survey. The municipal building programs will also be presented. The meeting will be held from 7:00 – 8:30 in the Essex Middle School cafeteria.
It isn’t too late to take the survey, so your input can be included master plan. The survey and project information can be found here:
